WebinarJam Integration Setup
1. Contact Eventilla
At the beginning of the setup process, please contact your Eventilla account manager or Eventilla support.
2. Create a WebinarJam account
Please make sure that:
- a WebinarJam account has been created
- you have an active paid WebinarJam subscription
(API access is not available for trial accounts)
3. Apply for WebinarJam API access
WebinarJam API access requires a separate approval from WebinarJam.
👉 We recommend starting the API approval process as early as possible, as the review process may take approximately 2 business days.

4. Send the API key to Eventilla
Once the API access has been approved:
- please provide the WebinarJam API key to Eventilla support
5. Eventilla support finalizes the integration
Eventilla support will:
- connect the integration
- test the connection
- confirm when the setup has been completed
Important notes
- WebinarJam API access is account-specific
- One API key is used for the entire WebinarJam account
- API approval may take approximately 2 business days
- The integration setup cannot proceed before API access has been approved

Please provide the API key securely, for example via encrypted email / secure email.
