Q: I created a new account and I'm getting a 403 error message when logging in?
A: This error might appear on first login, but should not appear again when relogging.


Q:  I can't log into Eventilla, what should I do?

A: Check your password carefully. In case you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by pressing the "Forgot your password?" button below the login view. From here you can send a password retrieval link to your email and create a new password. In case the email doesn't show up in your mail, please check your spam folder. 


Q: I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it?

A: You can retrieve it by pressing the "Forgot your password?" button below the login view. From here you can send a password retrieval link to your email and create a new password. In case the email doesn't show up in your mail, please check your spam folder. 


Q: I have forgotten my account and my password, how can I retrieve them?

A: Another user with access to userlist from your organisation can check the account for you, or alternatively you can email us tuki@eventilla.com and we can give it to you. Once you have the email, you can retrieve your password by pressing the "Forgot your password?" button below the login view. From here you can send a password retrieval link to your email and create a new password. In case the email doesn't show up in your mail, please check your spam folder.

If you have problems accessing Eventilla, please update your browser and try emptying your browser cookies and cache. Also try other browser(s) as well.
