Combined reports

A Combined Report brings together responses from multiple separate surveys into a single report. It is a useful tool for reviewing feedback by organization, for example over a specific time period.

Note: Only question templates can be included in a Combined Report. If your surveys have not used question templates, you will need to designate the relevant questions as question templates for future surveys.

  • If you create surveys from survey templates, it is recommended to designate the questions in the survey templates as question templates.
  • If surveys are copied as part of copying a template event, it is recommended to designate the questions in the survey linked to the template event as question templates.

You can create new question templates from the Surveys sidebar by selecting Question Templates → New Question Template.

You can designate an existing question as a question template by clicking Set as Template next to the question. Avoid creating multiple question templates with the same name.

 

Creating a combined report

4The organization whose surveys will be included in the summary report is required. A summary report can only be generated from surveys belonging to a single organization.
5Select the surveys for the combined report. If no surveys are selected, the combined report will include responses from all surveys in which the selected question for the report is used.
6Select the time range for the combined report. If no time range is selected, responses from the entire history will be included.
