Email domains

Instructions for IT support related to possibly adding DKIM records can be found below. The actual records and control information can be acquired from our support. The records are added to the domain's DNS data.

DKIM

With DKIM verification (DomainKeys Identified Mail) an email client can recognize the sender of an incoming email and block spam and other abuse (such as phishing). A event messaging could be regarded as spam without DKIM verification.

DKIM record is set to customer's Eventilla account and therefore used only for customer's own deliveries.

Ask more about adding DKIM records from our support.

SPF-Record

SPF-record (Sender Policy Framework), SPF defines what servers are allowed to send domains email.

If a DKIM record is set for you, then our email delivery provider will also take care of the SPF.
